Appointed Rank Officers

The officers listed have gained a specific rank through hard work and determination. The role of officer appointed to rank is to function as a controlling mechanism for the SPD and guide it in a path that would see the organisation grow and prosper with the metaverse.  This will initially be a small select group but will grow concurrently to meet the needs of the developing SPD organisation.
